Authenticity

I previously found that many Chinese restaurants in the United States were not authentic. So I want to develop a game about a Chinese person running a Chinese restaurant in another country, but he has to weigh whether to maintain authenticity or cater to the local market for profit. I plan to turn it into a visual novel with a bit of simulation management.
